How do I track my order?
Go to My Account > Orders to see all order statuses (pending, paid, shipped, delivered).
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel orders that have not been shipped yet. Contact customer service.

Free shipping in TR for orders ≥ 500000 TL. Standard rates otherwise.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Within TR 1-3 business days; international 5-10 business days.
